Hosting & Care — $89/month

Available separately for a Website Build or an existing compatible website: professional hosting, SSL/security, regular backups, uptime monitoring, technical maintenance, and hosting-related troubleshooting. Routine content updates are $100/hour with a one-hour minimum. Choose Managed Website when you want reasonable ongoing updates included.

What You Own. How The Plan Ends.

Your domain and content remain yours. You own the completed website and receive its transferable files on delivery once the setup fee and any payments then due are paid. Website Build and Custom Website deliverables transfer after full project payment. Third-party software, subscriptions, and licensed assets remain subject to their own terms.

Managed Website has a 12-month minimum commitment beginning with your first monthly payment, which is charged with the $199 setup fee at signup. After the initial term, service continues month-to-month and can be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. If you leave during the initial term, the remaining monthly fees are still payable. Hosting, maintenance, and included updates end when service ends; you keep your website files and can arrange hosting elsewhere. Migration work and third-party costs are quoted separately.
