Custom website projects start with a conversation, confirmed scope, and a written project agreement. This page explains the general workflow. The actual agreement controls the final details. These published packages apply to new agreements; existing client agreements retain their own pricing and terms.

Managed Website
$199 setup + $149/month. Our recommended small-business plan includes custom website design with up to five core pages, mobile-friendly layout, contact forms, professional hosting, maintenance, basic on-page SEO, reasonable ongoing text and photo updates, and priority support. Twelve-month minimum commitment starting with your first monthly payment at signup; $1,987 for setup and the initial 12 monthly payments before applicable tax or separately agreed extras. Substantial new work is quoted separately.
Website Build
$1,497 one-time for a mobile-friendly business website with up to five core pages, contact forms, and basic on-page SEO. Hosting & Care is available separately for $89/month, or you can arrange your own hosting. Ownership and transferable files are included after full payment.
Custom Website
Starting at $3,497 for larger or more complex websites. Contact Fred for a quote. Pages, features, integrations, hosting, and ongoing care are confirmed in writing. Ownership and transferable files are included after full project payment.
Quoted Separately
Ecommerce, advanced booking, membership systems, large catalogs, custom apps, advanced AI systems, complex integrations, major redesigns, and large content requests are quoted by scope.

Scope and deliverables
The written agreement confirms pages, features, timeline, client responsibilities, third-party costs, and what is not included.
Ownership and transfer
Your domain and content remain yours. You own the completed website and receive its transferable files on delivery once the setup fee and any payments then due are paid. Website Build and Custom Website deliverables transfer after full project payment. Third-party software, subscriptions, and licensed assets remain subject to their own terms.
Cancellation
Managed Website has a 12-month minimum commitment beginning with your first monthly payment, which is charged with the $199 setup fee at signup. After the initial term, service continues month-to-month and can be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. If you leave during the initial term, the remaining monthly fees are still payable. Hosting, maintenance, and included updates end when service ends; you keep your website files and can arrange hosting elsewhere. Migration work and third-party costs are quoted separately.
Payments
Approved projects are billed securely through Stripe after scope is confirmed and the written agreement is accepted. Managed Website setup is $199 before work starts, and your first $149 monthly payment is charged with it; $149 is then charged each month. When you sign up online, you accept this agreement at checkout. Hosting & Care is billed separately when selected. Its start date and cancellation terms are confirmed in the written agreement.
