Custom website projects start with a conversation, confirmed scope, and a written project agreement. This page explains the general workflow. The actual agreement controls the final details.
The basics
$697 one-time professional review of design, mobile experience, navigation, calls to action, messaging, and SEO opportunities, with clear recommendations and an improvement plan. Implementation is quoted separately; if a complete website build is recommended, the audit fee can be applied toward that build.
$89/mo for professional hosting, SSL/security, backups, uptime monitoring, technical maintenance, and hosting-related troubleshooting. It does not include routine content updates or new website work.
$1,497 launch fee for the standard build (up to five core pages) plus $149/mo. It includes everything in Website Hosting & Care plus ongoing text and photo updates, routine minor edits, and priority support. Substantial new work is quoted separately.
Starting at $3,497. Client receives ownership and transferable website files. Hosting and maintenance can be added separately.
Ecommerce, advanced booking, membership systems, large catalogs, custom apps, advanced AI systems, complex integrations, major redesigns, and large content requests are quoted by scope.
Project agreement
The written agreement confirms pages, features, timeline, client responsibilities, third-party costs, and what is not included.
Full ownership, downloadable source files, and transfer to another provider are available through a separate buyout or Build and Handoff option.
The managed plan can be canceled according to the written agreement. Canceling does not automatically include source files, ownership transfer, or provider migration.
Approved projects are billed securely through Stripe after scope is confirmed and the written agreement is accepted.
